My job
My main task is to provide sales and follow up costs of business unit to get tasks fulfilled. There
is a lot of planning, planning, planning.
As a manager I plan the campaign cycles for the Product Specialists together with marketing,
defining and finding necessary support, training etc. I try to balance the necessary costs for
optimising the business.
I am really result oriented and I like figures, especially growing figures, and this we have
lots of. I also enjoy the co-working with my colleagues and visiting clients. Every client visit is
different.
Besides that I also together with others maintain contact with local government taking care
of all kinds of paperwork. This is also a major part of my work.
My team
First of all specialised care is two business units in Bayer Baltics, specialised therapeutics
(Betaferon) and contrast media (used for patient examination pictures).
We are almost all doctors in my team. Most of my colleagues have a lot of experience in the
Pharmaceutical area.
Everybody in the team enjoy the challenges in our job always striving for better results.
Also we enjoy making a difference to the customer’s decisions and choice of product.
