William is HR Manager with Bayer A/S and takes care of HR tasks in Lyngby, Denmark, and Staffanstorp, Sweden.

How would you describe Bayer Norden?
Bayer Norden is a complex and committed organization.

It is composed of three very different subgroups along with the central services and our agency business. At the same time we span 6 countries with sometimes very diverse cultures.

Hence working with Bayer Norden takes cultural sensitivity and wanting to meet new people and learn new ways of doing things. All this in order to keep on surpassing oneself.

This common and very dynamic striving is the Bayer Spirit at heart in my opinion.
