The job interview

When we have assessed all application e-mails and letters we will usually choose 3-5 candidates whom we would like to meet and have a talk with.

If we find that you are one of the best candidates for the job in question we will set up an interview by calling or writing you an e-mail.

The interview is usually conducted by the Manager of the hiring team and our local HR Manager.

If our expectations of you are confirmed we will want you to take a test to gain insight into how you work and what motivates you.
