In connection with the selection process, we would normally ask you to do a test ahead of a second interview.
Currently we are utilising various testing tools provided by SHL. We mainly use a so called Occupational Personality Questionnaire. Whatever assessment tools we make use of they have a documented high degree of reliability and validity.
Personality Questionnaire
The Personality Questionnaire assesses personal, job-related behavioural preferences, that
is, how you normally like to work. They are not concerned with your abilities, but how you see
yourself in the way you relate to others, your approach to problems and how you deal with feelings
and emotions.
Why test?
We use the test as a supplement to the information and impressions provided by you
during the interviews and from your application. There are no presupposed right or wrong answers to
this kind of tests as the test reflects how you see yourself. However, your self-image may of
course be a more or less exact match with the job demands and our expectations. Hence this is good
to know ahead of a possible employment as it may impact how easily you will integrate into our
organisation and the job.
On-line tool
The test is an on-line tool and if possible we prefer you to respond to it from your PC at
home. Otherwise we may ask you to fill in the test at our offices right before or after an
interview. You will receive the necessary instructions in connection with the questionnaire. In
addition a contact person will be named for any further queries.
Feedback
We always offer face to face feedback or alternatively feedback by phone from a HR
professional who is trained and certified to handle the test in question. The feedback will be
given in light of the position in question and how you might use the results to evolve in the
future.
