The Environmental Science division consists of 30 people in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and in the future also in the Baltic countries.

The employees in the team are a bit older than average as it is a main concern for the division to hire people who knows what they want from life and are prepared to stay in their job for many years.

Working in the department most often requires up to three months of travel a year.

The Environmental Science division sells fertilisers and crop protection products to garden centres and DIY centres in all of the Nordic countries and in the future also in the Baltic countries.

The very popular ants' nest is also sold in convenience stores.

All Bayer Norden Environment Science products are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and more than meets those standards.
