The Corporate Communications department

Supporting the subgroups, internal/external communication, media monitoring, event making.

Facts
The Bayer Norden Corporate Communications department passionately supports internal and external communication in Denmark, Norway and Sweden as well as Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – aligned with BAG Corporate Communications guidelines.

The department has 4 permanent employees and a temporary intern.

Working hours are flexible and the amount of travel is individually agreed depending on functions and individual wishes.

In brief
The Bayer Norden Coporate Communications department is supporting communication in the entire Bayer Norden organisation and everyday life in the Corporate Communications department is very varied.

The small team has to be on its toes all to time to ensure optimal exposure of Bayer Norden and the various Bayer Norden subgroups in the media.

It is also the responsibility of the Corporate Communications department to secure Bayer’s image and the Bayer profile in all external and internal communication.

This is possible only because teamwork is a key value for the department where there is always time for a laugh even though people are very busy.

Working within Corporate Communications means keeping your door open and always welcoming colleagues who need help or would like a professional communications opinion on an issue.
