I spend a lot of my time on meeting customers, testing and implementing our products into the customers’ pipelines, negotiating prizes and conduct sales innovation projects. I enjoy the independence in my job; the liberty of planning and administering my own work day.
I also value my line of business – working in Bayer Agency Business means that you have to build and maintain strong long-term relationships, because there are only a limited amount of customers within the chemical market.
And this means that each of us has a great responsibility because every meeting with a customer is crucial.
The Agency Business team is very diverse, professional and committed. My colleagues have all sorts of backgrounds; some are engineers, some are chemists and others are economists.
With all these different competences we strive to think 'outside the box' and bringing
innovative solutions to our customers. This is one of the reasons why we meet quite frequently both
in a Nordic as well as a European level.
First and foremost you must be highly motivated and have an interest for our business to fit into the Bayer Agency organization.
Maybe you are a chemist, technician or economists, but the main thing is that your background
and personality fits the specific job profile.
