The Bayer Norden activities are divided into three subgroups which are represented in almost every country in the world: Bayer HealthCare, Bayer CropScience and Bayer MaterialScience.

Each subgroup may be divided into several divisions.

In addition to the subgroups there are two other areas of activity: The Bayer Agency Business Lanxess and our Joined Management and Administrative Platform.

The Joined Management and Administrative Platform consists of: The Country Speaker, Corporate Services, Human Resources & Corporate Communications.
